Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping Charges and Free Shipping: Shipping charges will be added during checkout. We offer FREE shipping for orders shipping to Spain that are above €200 and orders shipping to France that are above €300.
• International Taxes and Duties: If you live in Europe, you will not have to pay taxes and duties when receiving your product(s) as we are located within the European Union. For other countries, International customers may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
• Billiard Master works with Nacex and the Postal Office to ship your items promptly and securely. All shipments include a tracking number which will be emailed to you automatically. You can login to your account to track your order.
• Exclusive territories: We are the exclusive distributor for Predator and Poison products for Spain, Portugal and France; and for Longoni Pool products for Spain. We ship Predator and Poison products to many other countries. However, we do not ship to the following countries because Predator and Poison have Exclusive distributors: Australia, Belgium, the Southern Caribbean, Finland, Indonesia, Netherlands, Korea, Kuwait, Japan, Mainland China, Malaysia, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, Sweden, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, you are not happy with your item, it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the receipt date at no charge. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. The item must be received in the same condition as it was sold and include all accessories, if applicable. A return authorization must be granted and customer is responsible for all shipping, duties and taxes, if applicable.
